This Privacy Policy explains how Tilou ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), a puzzle game developed by YFbMedia (Yazan Barjawi), handles information in connection with your use of the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information We Collect
Tilou does not collect, request, or store any personal information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. You can play Tilou without creating an account or providing any personal details.
To let you keep your progress, Tilou offers cloud save. When you play, the App signs you in with an anonymous Google Firebase account — a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any personal details. Only your gameplay progress (such as levels completed, coins, hints, and in-app sound/vibration settings) is saved to Google Cloud Firestore so it can sync across your devices. No personal information, device tracking, or advertising data is collected.
How We Use Information
The anonymous progress data described above is used only to:
- Save your game progress and restore it across your devices (cloud save).
We do not use this information to identify you, and we never sell or share it.
What Tilou Does Not Do
To be clear, Tilou currently does not:
- Show advertisements or use any ad networks.
- Offer in-app purchases or process payments.
- Use analytics or crash-reporting services.
- Send push notifications.
- Require account creation or a sign-in (cloud save uses an anonymous identifier only).
- Collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.
Third-Party Services

Children's Privacy
Tilou is directed to a general audience and is not specifically designed for or directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the matter.
Data Security
Because Tilou does not collect personal information, the risk to your personal data is minimal. The anonymous progress data used for cloud save is encrypted in transit and handled using the industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase.
Data Deletion Requests
Tilou does not require you to create a personal account. Your game progress is stored anonymously using an anonymous Firebase identifier. If you would like your anonymous Tilou cloud-save data deleted, you can request it by emailing info@yfbmedia.com with the subject Tilou Data Deletion Request.
To help us identify and delete the correct cloud save, you may be asked to provide your anonymous Firebase UID or other non-personal recovery information. No personal account or personal data is required to use Tilou or to make this request.
Upon a valid request, we will permanently delete the cloud-save data linked to your anonymous Firebase identifier, including:
- Cloud-saved game progress
- Coins
- Hints
- Settings
- Any other cloud-save data linked to the anonymous Firebase identifier
Please note that this deletion is permanent and irreversible, and may prevent you from restoring your progress across devices. Requests will be handled within a reasonable period.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
